Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Zagarx in writing.

Zagarx shall not be liable for inability to fulfill orders due to:
  • Supplier constraints
  • Backorders
  • Discontinued items

All quotes are non-binding and subject to change.

Pricing may vary based on:
  • Supplier pricing
  • Market conditions
  • Logistics and shipping costs
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to order acceptance.
Zagarx reserves the right to modify or withdraw quotes at any time.

Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are only confirmed when accepted in writing by Zagarx
  • Zagarx reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Supplier confirmation may be required before final acceptance

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified per invoice or agreement
  • Payment may be required in full or in part prior to order processing

Payments may be processed via secure third-party platforms (including, where applicable, Square or similar services). Invoices may include secure payment links.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

Zagarx is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Suppliers
  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs or regulatory processes

Risk of loss may transfer upon shipment depending on supplier terms.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are subject to supplier policies and approval
  • Not all products are eligible for return (especially medical or consumable items)

Customers must notify Zagarx within 48 hours of delivery if products are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

All returns remain subject to supplier authorization.
